568 The Draft Minutes of the meeting held on
569 Matters arising from the Minutes.

Cllr. Hulme
checked on why the Velux window in the Athenaeum had
been changed when there was a danger of going over budget. She explained that it was only the glass that
had been replaced at a cost of £141.
Lettings were up from last year and the Committee have
several fund raising ideas, so the financial pressure had reduced.

the road at Hawbarrow.
A kerb stone has
been displaced in
The stile on the Head
has not yet been repaired but it is not thought to be a public footpath.
There is a need for more public litter
bins in the Leasgill end of the Parish.
What has happened to
the grit box opposite Eversley in Leasgill.
The roads need sweeping.

Cllr. Parker agreed to purchase wine and glasses and
nibbles on behalf of the Chairman, which will be paid out of the “Chairman’s
Allowance”.

Playground Appeal Committee
is to be a sub committee of the Parish Council, Cllr.
Shaw proposed and Cllr. Parker seconded, the vote on
the proposal was carried unanimously.
The Committee currently consists of Mr Adrian Tideswell as Chairman, Mrs Jane Tideswell as Secretary, amd Mr Adrian Bland.
