Heversham Parish Council

Draft Minutes of the Extra Ordinary Parish Council Meeting held in the Athenaeum, on Monday, 27th March 2006, following the Annual Parish Assembly.

Present: Councillors T Parker, G Capstick, P Shaw, A Hulme, A Shepherd, J Pearson-Snape, County Councillor R Bingham, District Councillor B Woof and the Clerk.

348 Apologies for absence were received from. Cllr. A Lucas.

349 The Minutes of the meeting held on Monday 27^th February 2006 were signed as a true record.

350 The following requests for payments were authorised:

Hire of Athenaeum all year - £71.50 (£10 refunded for last years over-payment), cheque 024.

Clerks Salary and Expenses, three months - £495.90, cheque 025.

Councillor T Parker, Expenses - £18, cheque 026.

351 Planning Applications since the last meeting – none.

352 To note that the date of the next Parish Council meeting is 24^th April 2006.
