Plumtree Hall provides accommodation for twelve residents in a Grade 2 listed Georgian mansion surrounded by extensive mature gardens in the village of Heversham, approximately six miles south of Kendal, Cumbria.
The aim of Plumtree Hall is to provide a warm friendly and safe environment which offers each resident the maximum possible choice, privacy, respect and independence.
Residents are encouraged to furnish their rooms with personal possessions; they lead their own lives and come together for the main meals of the day, which are prepared by the resident housekeeper. Midday and evening meals are provided in the dining room, while residents are responsible for their own breakfast (provisions provided).
As a Retirement Home, Plumtree Hall is unable to provide personal, medical or nursing care, but encourages residents to arrange such services from external sources if required.
