Heversham Community News - 29th March 2002

The sermon, epistle and gospel on Palm Sunday in St Peter’s Church were replaced by readings by members of the congregation telling the story of events leading up to the Crucifixion.
Palm crosses were distributed.
The service was led by the Rev Ron Rutter.

The organ, played by Arthur Dewhurst, was again in use after being covered for several weeks while interior alterations were in progress.
