The three retiring collections taken at St Peter’s Church after morning services in Lent for the Bishop’s appeal for farming and related industries amounted to more than £500.

Envelopes containing Lenten offerings for Musalaha, the Ministry of Reconciliation providing hope and help for Arabs and Jews, were also received and presented at the altar with the normal collection.
